Why clients switch to us
Accounting that feels calm, not chaotic.
Most small businesses don’t need more reports — they need someone who picks up the phone, explains things plainly and never lets a deadline slip. That’s the whole idea behind FinTax.
One fixed monthly fee
A single price agreed up front that covers everything we do for you — no surprise invoices after a quick question.
One named accountant

A reply within one working day

This is an illustration using 2026/27 rates: 15% employer NI above £5,000 (no Employment Allowance), 19–25% Corporation Tax with marginal relief, and a £500 dividend allowance at 10.75% / 35.75% / 39.35%. Pension contributions and student loans aren't included, so it isn't tax advice.

FAQ
Questions we often hear.
Can’t see yours? Email hello@fintaxconsultants.co.uk or book a free call.
How much do your services cost?
Every client gets one fixed monthly fee based on what you actually need. We give you an exact figure after the free call, with everything included listed in writing.
Can you take over from my current accountant mid-year?
Yes. We request the handover, collect your records and pick up where they left off. Most switches take about a week and cost you nothing extra.
Which accounting software do you work with?
Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent. If you are still on spreadsheets, we will help you choose one and set it up with bank feeds.
Does Making Tax Digital for Income Tax apply to me?
From April 2026 it applies to sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000, and from April 2027 over £30,000. We will tell you exactly when you need to join and get you ready.
Do you work with clients outside London?
Yes. We work with businesses across the UK online and meet London clients in person whenever that helps.
